About the Book:
Leadership of Change® Volume 3 provides deep insights into change programme delivery using the a2B Change Management Framework® (a2BCMF®). The implementation framework supports organisations, leadership teams, and individuals going through a change, the transition from the current ‘a’ state to the improved future ‘B’ state. The a2BCMF® comprises three phases and ten key steps: Planning (change definition, securing sponsorship, assessing past changes, and detailed planning), Execution (communicating change, assessing readiness, managing resistance, and skill development), and Sustaining (adoption and closure). Each step is thoroughly explained and illustrated with practical applications. Additionally, Volume 3 includes models for sponsorship, adoption, and behaviour change, offering a comprehensive toolkit for change leaders.
